Wow, just perfect. The only thing that wasn't 5 in my opinion was originality as Arceus is already a Pokemon, though how you edited the Arceus's rings to look quite ominous earned you quite a bit for originality. Anyway, I love this. Bang! You gaze goes straight to Arceus and then the ominous background. The background is perfect, and I like how it's showing dark clouds are starting to cover the sun. The gaze looking down suggests superiority, as would be expected from a God Pokemon, I honestly found it quite odd Arceus barely looks ominous and superior even if it's a God Pokemon. Great job on the painting, if this could be sold as a canvas I'd be sure to buy it, and keep up the good job. Also the fact it is has no outline added full impact, it makes it realistic
